Tragedy of Love

Tragedy of Love

A Poem by RHEA CROSLEY
"

Love even God's has tragedy. Tragedy is inescapable. The real question is how do we deal with it. This poem only invites that question but does not answer it.

"

I think every love has its tragedy because the world is a tragedy of Love.

Being created in love it fell into the mystery of iniquity that snared the dove.

The perfect start of a glorious garden filled with pleasure, peace and beauty.

Crept into this, the vile father of lies who set the trap of horrific tragedy.

Two fathers commenced at war upon the garden where Eve's heart was tore.

And, Adams soul was injured to the core.

Where love was lost when they both listened to the new fathers seductive lore.

Does not every battle ground first be that of the heart.

Is it not the heart that God and god's fight for from the start.

Why do we ever let the heart wonder from the one who loves us first and most?

Why do we have the audacity to walk from heavenly hosts?

Rhea my friend, this was so beautifully penned.
Such insight into the "time old" question.

"Why do we ever let the heart wonder from the one who loves us first and most?"

Thank you for sharing your wonderful wisdom...
I really loved this poem.
