Forget?

Forget?

A Poem by RHEA CROSLEY
"

Somethings are to great just to forget. We only deceive our selves when we leave them undone.

"

Forget you say, Am I going to believe this? I see your heart, and you know its a lie.

Wasted opportunity is now covered by falsehood. Acting like a foolish boy that says

farewell

to

wisdom.

Go up to the holy mountain,

leave your emaciated delusions,

abandon your arrogance.

Shall you stay conquered because you are,

to lazy and fearful to face God.

Has he not said he will not abandon you.

Yes, clearly he stated “I will never leave or forsake you”.

So seek him with all your heart, pour out your heart to him, a complete offering.

Humility will grace you for the greatest treasure there ever was-

friendship with your greatest Lover , who holds you always.

A good piece of writing Rhea.

From a good source?
Of course!
The Word,
I heard.
Handel wrote
many a note.
As a sign, setting each line,
each sacred thought
dearly bought,
to all who seek,
the strong, the weak,
the sinner,
the winner,
In him will surely find
Peace of mind,
Heart and soul,
Made whole.

Beautiful ! You have hit the challenge head on with this Rhea.
Fantastic usage of the 10/40, culminating in one great write.
Loved the sentiments and where your muse took you with this.

Pen on poet!

Helena :)
