Test the Spirits

Test the Spirits

A Poem by RHEA CROSLEY
"

The world has been filled with deception that taints everything. This deception has physical, spiritual and emotional consequence that are devastating.n The only filtering systems is those in the world who will make truth a reality.

"

Everyone and everything and every spirit must be tested by time and wisdom.

For falsehood in our world is tainted throughout this earthly kingdom.

Even our own hearts need to be tested washed, clean and changed.

The earth is out of kilter it is tormentingly been rearranged.

Only God and what is closest to His chest is truly holy.

There is nothing in this world that is holy and apart from Him.

Satan is the father of lies and the world is his hostage children.

Diabolic warfare of old is drawing to a final generation.

So test and try the spirits with the wisdom that is of God ,the wisdom that is love.

For we are on a world of blending streams of thought that has been poisoned, not from above.

Do we truly hear the God of love who speaks to us?

Is his whisper in our ear? His word in our heart to bless?

Furthermore, we see what we do spiritually manifests itself physically.

We pollute our minds with lies and we lie and pollute our rivers.

We burn our hearts with corruption and we burn our world with corrupt works.

We work to cover truth and bury ourselves in toxic fumes, dust and ruble of all sorts.

We necessitate self destructive falsehood by making it all about presentation.

For every spiritual action there are physical manifestations.

We reap what we have sown

;but,

we hide our heads, act as if its unknown.

Is it any wonder scripture says,' the whole creation groans for deliverance'.

How many of us will stand up? Enough to make a difference?

Nice job. I really like this piece. It is very profound, and speaks the truth in volumes. I completely agree with every line in this poem. Many people question, "What is the meaning of life?" when life really is a test. Our test is to test our strength when facing temptation, and our desire to live with our Heavenly Father one day, and to show him of our love for his son and our comittment to our obedience to him. It's good when you know the truth, it makes life more purposeful, i guess you coudl say. with more of a direction. My fav lines in this poem:

Satan is the father of lies and the world is his hostage children.
(DEF TRUE. HE IS ALL AROUND US, CONSTANTLY TEMPTING US)

Everyone and everything and every spirit must be tested by time and wisdom.

For falsehood in our world is tainted throughout this earthly kingdom.
(THE EARTH IS FULL OF HUMAN BEINGS..US...IMPERFECT MORTALS...WE HAVE A SPIRIT AND SOUL, AND A PHYSICAL BODY, WHICH IS SUBJECT TO ALL EARTHLY CHALLENGES...THE FLESH.)

anyway, thanks for sharing this with me. it's really good.

Great write - you have encapsulated the sentiments of this passage from;

Romans 8:22-23 (The Message)

22-25All around us we observe a pregnant creation. The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birth pangs. But it's not only around us; it's within us. The Spirit of God is arousing us within. We're also feeling the birth pangs. These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance. That is why waiting does not diminish us, any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother. We are enlarged in the waiting. We, of course, don't see what is enlarging us. But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy.

Amen my friend .. So be it!
