The Great Poet

The Great Poet

A Poem by RHEA CROSLEY
"

A poet that is so marvelous that when he speaks it becomes three dimensional and living.

"

All that was enjoyable elegantly perfectly was The One.
And then out of His beautiful lips light shone.

He spoke and there was a large explosion of words called quasars.
So the light from His poetic tongue was innumerable stars.

Speaking again in this great expanse of wonderful poetry a planet was born.

He spoke some more lines of poetry and life was in, under and around a shore.

Then he spoke and garden of love was placed in form.
He spoke lines of love and two lovers where born.

All was so perfect so good and pure you can not imagine.
But His speech was interrupted with evil intimation.

To change the wicked intention as speech He walked as a man.
By this price He fulfilled all for us in a redemption plan.

He will speak once more to finish His poem for sure.
Renewed heavens and earth, final lines we will adore..

Those final lines will be listened to won't they? I suggest you do a collage of your poetry Rhea and get a Christian publisher to produce it, I believe you would get more than a look in. This is wonderful as are all your poems. Filled with devotion and faith with a capital 'F' I hope God sees fit to take me to heaven before those final words are spoken! It will not be pretty...as loving as we know Christ is I think he is much offended.
Thank you once again for sharing your journey.
Cheers,
Helen :-)
