The Wrath of Love

The Wrath of Love

A Poem by RHEA CROSLEY
"

Love has been patient but now its time has come.

There are people and peoples who love each other with pure intention. Yet the earth has a great evil in it that separates lovers and brings them down.

The whole earth does groan deep within, for this violence against love.

There is a cry sent out to the stars and beyond.

The cry is steady, the cry is growing and will soon shake the whole earth as the resident wave reverberates.

Here it comes , you know its on the way, it sends a chill down your spine, it makes your skin crawl its been patient oh so long but now its the coming .

the coming of the wrath of love

It will be the greatest wrath there ever was and fear will reach its highest piniacle.

Most wrath is wrong and comes much to quickly; but, loves wrath is slow, justified and no other wrath is oh so strong.

Deep inside we know the time is near.

Do you dare to stop, listen and hear?

We feel the cry of love building like a ocean storm and we are sailing a wooden ship on a sea of fire.

Love has pleaded for us to take hold of mercy, love has cried out to warn us of what soon could be.

   NOW LOVE WILL VENT

what I admire about this particular work of wisdom is the way you capture truths in detail.. the way you
present the earth as being alive and with emotions of its own.. its spirit greiving for cause and in that
aspect alone the reader has the opportunity to dwell on terms of originality...insight surfacing in a way
that leaves the heart feeling a bit more enlightened before having read this..as each sentence has a
force and power all its own that stand alone.. at the same time firt like a puzzle into the pigger picture..
with this writing you show.. at the least .. the constant struggle between love and hate and a
society being swayed any which way the wind blows..I feel better about some things for having read this..

Wonderful! I love how you make the cry go through the universe like that. It gives the piece a larger, more omniscient feeling. Good job!
