PURPLE KANGAROO

PURPLE KANGAROO

A Chapter by STAR CHILD

PURPLE KANGAROO
There once was a kangaroo. Who was unique. She was purple such a delight. She tried to fit in but she was exiled by all.  Why most would ask. Well to answer that you will need sit and listen to her story.
It begins happy enough when she was a kid.  But things changed the reason you see is because of her color.  Yes her color made her stand out. You see she was purple. Well one day when she was crying a small dragon landed next to her. And asked her why do you cry?  She with a sadness I am alone no one wants me.
The dragon looked at her long and hard.  Then began to sing a song.
Purple kangaroo oh beautiful
Unequally lovely
  Rising with the morning sun
Peace flows through you
Lonely you feel but you not
Embraced with joy
Kangaroo so beautifully
At peace with where you are
No end to delight
Graceful you are
A wonder to see
Rising with the morning sun
Oh so beautiful
Oh so special
After that she became happy with what she was, she not try to fit in. just went on to be herself.
Can you tell me what you think the moral of this story is?
The moral of this story is just to be yourself. Do not let other change who you are. It does not matter your color or anything that makes you different or unique. You are special.
