ENFANT TERRIBLE

Embraced in her mother’s arms

No need to fear

For she is safe

A love she feels

No one will hurt

Tenderly rocked

Towards the land of nod she goes

Every lullaby verse

Rocked ever so gently

Rising to new adventures

Innocence she spreads

Beautiful she is

Lullabies heard

Embraced in her mother’s arms
