I feel as though you are writing for a very younge age group. Perhaps an audience of 3-10 would very much enjoy your work here. I realize that is a wide range I'm guessing however, understanding your audience is an important aspect when writing of any kind. This was very fun, once again cute, inspiring and I plan to continue to read your work to see if I can figure your nitches and trends to help you. Thank you.
this worked very much . it must be challenging when writing for a younger age group and audience but i think they would enjoy this . the poem was very creative and fleshed out very good and this time it complimented the poem size with style and in good fashion . the words were easy and small which is a good appliance and tip when writing for younger age groups for them to understand but on the other hand , these days , younger kids know more than they put on and know words you wouldn't expect them to know as there intellegient for their age range . sometimes for me , it was nice to read something that didn't have so much wording or big words because usually in cases , it's the small words that speak the loudest or the ones that fit in the puzzle better .
Writing for children I have always found to be quite challenging myself, my experiences with adulthood has dulled my innocence to a degree but I do get a little breath of it whenever I watch my own children play, their awe at the world and I try very hard to see things from their innocent perspective, and the joy they get out of the most innocent or mundane of things. I can honestly remember the first time i went to the circus, just a brief memory-a clipped glimmer of my past. I was in a small car circling around the audience in the beginning of the show (I do believe it was the Shrine Circus, if I'm not mistaken). Just a mere few seconds at 3 or 4 years old. How fleeting memory is at times.
I do enjoy your work because it reminds me of that innocence and actually helps to jog my memory a bit of my own childhood and it also makes me appreciate and coddle my children a bit more. Retaining the innocence of youth is something we should all strive for because within an instant, it can be simply a glimmer of a memory.
