There is a smell of fear in the air

I heard it in the wind

I heard it on the wind

Echoes of time fly by

The sword of sorrow sings

Ephemeral it is

I heard it in the wind

I heard it on the wind

Through the echoes of time

Swords of sorrow listen to it cry

A smell of fear is in the air

I heard it in the wind

So fearful it sounds

A smell undeniable

A fear is felt

Smell of fear

No doubt about

I heard it in the wind

Crying to no end

Screams no one can deny

Your works are unique,very Unique...different from others.I love going through your poem.I might not be of much help regarding the construction and usage of words as Englsih is my third language.I can only say that i Love reading poems and use to read as many as possible which are posted in this site.This words are so powerful and catchy.It really sparks attention to the readers.
