RIVER

RIVER

A Poem by STAR CHILD

RIVER
River ever so beautiful
Running down stream
Oh how it sparkles
Wonders can be found
But some rivers are brown
So deadly
Trash floats in it
With impunity
Oh such a tragedy

Wonderful poem! I liked how the beginning shows us the beauty of rivers while the second part shows us the violent and dangerous side.
