THERE WAS A BEAR

THERE WAS A BEAR

A Poem by STAR CHILD

THERE WAS A BEAR

There was a bear

That had no hair

Bump de bump

There was a bear

That caught a hare

Bump de bump

There was a bear

Without a care

Bump de bump

There was a bear

Who had a scare?

Bump de bump

There was a bear

That was bare

Bump de bump

There was a bear

That took the dare

Bump de bump

There was not a bear

Who sat in a chair?

Bump de bump

There was a bear

With a flare

Bump de bump

There was a bear

That went to the fair

Bump de bump

There was a bear

That liked to share

Bump de bump

There was a bear

With a stare

Bump de bump

There was a bear

They called him square

Bump de bump

this is also one of my favourites . it was repititive but in a postivite and not negative way and i feel that it gave it us the readers and edge and to me a fascination and also it didn't get menontous . i think you should base some of your other poems with this repitive style as to me gave me an intrigue of to where it can go and with other directions and roads it could take

This is so funny. I kept singing the rhythm in my head. Good job and keep on writing!
