Ok, this is short but a good start. I enjoyed it but it might be better if you go more in depth. What helps me when writing is I look at a picture of it. In your case a tree. What you should do is go on Google Images and type in Redwood Trees. Study the trees and write down quick descriptions. Then you would be able to make this poem longer. Keep writing!
