Dear Lady bugA Poem by SSIIDear lady bug I have taken a ride on the west winds Looking for affection, I have mapped the directions to your heart
on my wings And marked our love with an X In search of cupid’s
lost arrow I will be redeemed
if obtained, For the birds try to
swallow But my love for you
ever reigns I tried to exhort Father Time To slow down his clock for mine - Own life as I seek what is precious and
dear to me, As sleepless nights torment me My drive is my love, I ponder upon the
past Playing in the Erica
fumed with angelica Life was but a
compass with a lost hand But after
consummation Misery imprisoned me
and my love flickered If my eye ever
visions you My love will
rekindle. © 2014 SSIIAuthor's Note
