Roses are red

Violets are blue

My heart starts to pound

When I look at you

Your warm brown eyes

Bring out a blush 

As they peer into mine

And our hands gently brush

Your gorgeous smile

Could bring me to my knees

Just one grin

And I know what I need

I need your soft lips,

Whispering in my ear

I need your strong arms,

Pulling me near

I need your love,

Your warmth, your smile

To be wrapped in your arms

And stay there for a while

Roses are red

Violets are blue
