Human Face

Human Face

A Poem by SUGATA M

Take me off from color

Give me freedom from race,

Remove my religion tag

Let me see my human face.

If everyone could see all people as equals then it would change the world. this brings such a huge message in such a small package.

I like this poem a lot. We need to look at all people with the desire of the words in this poem. The deeds and action of a person should be the weight we put upon a life.
'Let me see my human face."
Thank you for the outstanding poetry.

Short and sweet and straight to the point. I loved every word and you said it so brilliantly.

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone would do this?

Great poem, it will delight all humanists, especially as it has been written from someone living in a country that has produced so many religions - maybe the reason that you were motivated to write it, good work.

That is very wisely said.
The last line is very powerful.
Love it.
