I know I don't rhyme, but I need to express things

Cry with your head up

Today hurt

it was a good day but she hurt

To hear words like that was painful

But to realize what they meant

that my dear was far worse.

So today she learned strength.

through the tears

she chose

to keep moving

despite her pain

despite her tears

she kept her head up.
