Fear

Unavoidable as it is

Fear happens.

Different reasons,

and different fears for everyone.

But how you handle that fear is what matters.

You can let it consume you and Ruin your life

or you can face it, head on, and get over it.

It is our choice how we handle this,

I only hope we make the right one.

because there is no reason to let it consume us.

So true!!!!!!! Nothing to fear, really. I once read a book that said, "all of life is an illusion." The older I get, the more true that seems. . . . .nothing to fear then, not even death. Or, should I say, especially not death. Keep writing!!!

I love it. It breaks down a common delusion in the human psyche called fear. Sigmund Freud said it just as well, "the only thing to fear is fear itself..." I love how you took that simple truth and expounded on it. Great job

Nice emotion and good lesson. However I would make the font a little bigger it is difficult to read. When a reader has to strain to get your words they will not stay as long.
