But the smell of roses

is what I love.

Soft and sweet

the calming to the senses 

it brings

memories

back to me

This is beautifully written, the fact that you focused on the smell brings something different to the poem. I do have one criticism, though: The last stanza I think should read,

But the smell of roses
is something
indescribable.

I mean because it is indescribable, you shouldn't be able to describe it as lovely. Just a suggestion :) Great job.

I love roses and the scent… there's always a memory attached to that scent. For me, it' usually at my Gran's, the only bright spot of my childhood memories.

Hi Sunny,
I love the theme that you've got going on here.
My only suggestions would be to remove the exclamation points. It sort of distracts the reader and forces he/she to feel a certain way.
Other than that, good job!
