My favorite season!

Fall

One of the best seasons of all,

~ ~ ~ ~

With the colors changing, breezes blowing,

and rivers flowing colder 

and colder.

Before turning into ice

 thick as oak,

whiter than teeth.

~ ~ ~ ~

Cool breezes wisping through tree tops

 taking newly colored leaves with them

Blowing against your face

chilling... 

your nose and ears

growing pink in the wind

~ ~ ~ ~

Animals

scurrying to find a home,

running to find food

some already sleeping and ready for winter

Birds flying south

with butterflies in tow

~ ~ ~ ~

Fall

one of the best seasons of all

my most desired seasons of all

Hey I never said It was actually fall here! Because it's not I'd say it's about late-summer here. Hopefully we won't complete skip over fall this time!

I'm hoping to not be a sweaty mess on Halloween. If south Tejas can give me an actual autumn day on the one autumn holiday...I will consider that a win. I do know a minor cold front is expected this weekend, and should provide some minor relief. And seasonal forecasts (which admittedly can be hit or miss) have south Tejas down for a colder than average winter. So, fingers crossed!

Hahaha! well i don't do haloween so i don't have to worry about that one! and the cold front is to be expected since it is texas. As for the colder than average winter, well I might enjoy only if it snows!! LOL :P
