Fate

My fate is a knife

to end my life.

Lights go out,

can't hear me shout.

Never will I

trust you.

 

My fate is a word

to be further lured.

Eyes will close;

no one knows.

Never will I leave you.

 

My fate is a disguise

to further compromise.

Maybe I will die,

but I refuse to cry.

Never will I

forget you.
