My ex-husband really must be threatened by my story
telling of his dubious past. I received this from my
attorney today guys. Way in please. Does anyone besides
me see a Constitutional Privilege flying out the door with
this small paragraph.
Just another part of everyday life and dealing with common
Sociopath. Grow a conscience and a new personality.
As my return to the attorney was one large scratch through
on legal piece of paper and NO written clearly in the middle,
do my friends in the writing field think he will get the
message. Not giving up any rights. The Truth Will Set You Free.
Please note: His true and real Name has been protected in all
my publications and books. Not because I have to, but because
I can and do get the point across without using it.
The Paragraph Reads: Sandra Covey agrees to cease and desist
and refrain from any harassment or disparaging remarks regarding
XXXXXX XXXXXXXX in any computer, or internet form, of blog, or other electronic media, or writing, including any written articles or books. Sandra Covey XXXXX, further affirms that she has not made any written contact regarding XXXXXXXXX to any state or federal
taxing authority nor any former or current employer of XXXXXXXXX.
If Sandra Covey XXXXX has made any contact or made any negative
or critical comment regarding XXXXXXXX then she agrees to make
a signed written retraction. Additionally they are asking for a copy
of whatever, and it states the word, “whatever”, I am planning to
release in December. They want the draft.
Good Luck, and I say from one fiction writer to another,
Take your paragraph and all your terms and conditions and blow
it out your A__!
Fair and Just? What do you think? Does this seem to be an
infraction against my rights given to us through our Constitution?
I invite anyone out there to comment.
