Author speaks of latest project with fondness


My first major project which I am involved in as a writer is something that is very near to my heart. It is a fictionary work which really seems to penetrate to the root of human frailty and strength. It is a story of personal weaknesses and struggles which endeavors to capture the way we are and what we are always striving to become. The main theme of this story is that of overcoming fear and remaining true to yourself, thus promoting uniqueness and hope. Hence, the name , The Hopefuls, emerged. I was inspired for this idea about the same time I had been making some important decisions of my own. The goal for this story is to urge readers to find strength and hope with in themselves and to not give up no matter the cost.

Please bear with me readers! I am still in the process of making this novel... It is a work in progress which I am hoping to have completed for the fall of 2012. This is a very personal project for me. There are alot of parts in this work that I find to be deeply personal, which is why it is taking me so long to compile it. In the following articles I will go on to produce more articles regarding my literary journey, personal goals as a writer, tips, and more up and coming info regarding my novel, "The Hopefuls", along with other up and coming endeavors.
