Author's Note

SHEEMA HUQ
I have put together a brief and by no means exhaustive rhyming index of essential oils, by selecting most of their main uses and characterisics. My main sources were: a book published in 1993 called HOME AROMATHERAPY- by Julia Lawless, published by Kyle Cathie Ltd, conversations with my sister & a practitoner friend, and my own experiences and knowledge of oils. Hopefully, a quite useful guide
Sorry if the layout may be a bit rubbish- thanks

Are you an alternative beautician and skin-specialist too? ;) I would love that. :)
The perfect combination of all the exact ones, of my study woven in our second skill, writing. Such a divine one, going to save it, and read it again and again!

Is this a dictionary acting like a poem? It's beautiful to learn and read about these oils and all, but shouldn't be under a different category? You definitely know what you're talking about, though. I learned a lot.
