Catch a Mystery

See, catch, ..... this rotating mound of eventuality,

whirling, cavorting around,  a chilled, Spring twilight,

a sudden, instance of, serendipity. Floating among

the Sycamore tree tops, where Starlings meet Crows

and Sparrows nest and cajole.  High beyond your

reach.  Gaze; as it drifts on to the Maples and Beech,

pursuing their mossy bark nodules, their cranky, leaves.

Watch; as, it begins to subside ungracefully, in to a

bed of blue bells and gyp.  See how it mediates, with

nettles,  laments, and sits. Watch it, close; feel it, catch;

if you can,  as it wavers,  over reacts,  and manipulates

itself,  segregate its wealth, releases, and expands,

that is,  if you can....

first off this was a spectacular write... and i loved it... this was a saga of hue imagery, and mastermind detail plugged into a story line/ of adventure reality and food for thought... was a great rush for mind body and soul... and definitely spirit, because it was like my brain was in the palm of my hand. the way u made me hold these thoughts (wink) anyways to me this meant that mysteries are all around us... and we dont have to search hard to find one, but we do have to analyze carefully for the less cohesive ones that take a brain scan of mind inception... but if its one word that this gives to me as a message its "explore" after all we cannot catch a mystery truly until we have understood its grasp and perhaps its purpose... amazing write Sheema! excellent work as always...your detail is mind-boggling...

Well crafted play on words. Leaves one ponding what the mystery is...but I think that might be the point...

Thanks Kristin!
Profound one. I can't catch the mystery.Lol :)

There are things in our lives that we can't understand. We tend to ask How and Why, but that's the mystery of life.

Nice piece. Well done, Sheema. Keep it up. :)

Nice to have you stop by, thanks!
My interpretation in this wonderful poem and I can be wrong that it is a mist or a fog of sorts... The precipitation of thoughts can be another of my interpretations. Well penned and thought provoking...:)
