bring us back

bring us back

A Poem by S.E. Conway

wrought with irony
your sins came alive
a little one here
a smudge there
percariously pearched, the devil sits
playing his bitter song
upon his lairs threashhold
awaiting his new found lovers
to bring to his destitute palace
to keep them locked inside
a world of lies
of broken promises
of broken dreams
a world of broken people
who would dare save them?
who would wish such good things
upon such tainted souls?
the savior
the pure healing light
the promises of a father
the one things
to bring us back
to wipe us clean
to set us free
his love, is the eppifany of a savior
he is everything

An extremely wonderful share; with vibrant conviction, poignancy and praise to the power of forgiveness, through our Lord and Saviour!

Inspirational composition!
