HumanA Poem by Spencer Barker
Your faces,
they gleam. The spaces, they seem. The traces, they seam. The light they beam. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ All too true, but the worst they brew. It is never really through, it is what we never knew. Come together today, for we realize we must stay. Love for me, love for you, and love for those that grew. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ The times change, but think of this: do we change? Do we change in the way of love, the way of care? Frustrations have been seen, minds have been confused. Remember this: humans have a natural want to be loved, to love, and be part of something. So please today, perhaps tomorrow be kind, shake a hand, give a nod, give a smile, and give a hug. We have differences in more ways than there are species of plants, but one stays the same; we are human and are able to love each other like no other species on this planet. Love today...
