Roses

This is a song that I just wrote for my band. Gosh, it's so hard to get inspiration for these things.

You walk beside me for awhile

But then you say you have to leave

My heart breaks for you every time you do

Today we got in a fight

That tore me into a million pieces

You came over to my house today

And we did nothing but sit and talk

Could God make anyone more perfect?

Because you make me complete again

And I feel all warm and fuzzy

And if you ever went away

I don't know what I would say

It might be things I would regret

I might do more than just cry

 

But you still send me roese

And I can't help but smile

I think this would make a really good song. I like it...especially since it happens to mention my favorite flower lol. Either it was a wonderful write and I enjoyed reading it very much.
