love,life and happiness

love,life and happiness

A Poem by Alicante lullaby
"

a two minutes nonsense....

"

Rigid as in her own personal rigor mortis;

The dark eyed girl carries her bastille in her purse

locked up somewhere inside her mind;

Cars  and birds make similar images

and where the scalding sky chops the tree tops off

there is gaping hole

a rather inviting one

(living always brings you  holes)

unconcerned she shuffles away clumsily in her suede shoes;

A rather contended tiny thing

handling with care her newest diversions

  love,life and happiness

You had my complete attention with the first line.
"Rigid as in her own personal rigor mortis;"
You dance with your words in many directions in this poem. I believe life is hard work and need a lot of good luck. Love, life and happiness will come to people who try to be kind. Thank you for a excellent poem. Made me think.

"The dark eyed girl carries her bastille in her purse
locked up somewhere inside her mind;" - your two minute nonsense is better than many's 5 day strain lol - the suede shoes - you alway touch on these little things that really stand out to me - nice!
