A Poem by Alicante lullaby

He wants to buy me chocolates,

those from belgium which just sort of melt in your mouth

and an engagement ring(may be a year or so later)

one with a huge Amethyst,my birth stone

and a car on lease

(just imagine me with my very own car)

he wants to get me all of this

and me,i keep on hankering for just a reason to live....

The last line makes this - I'm sure you know that.
You're very clever.

lol...the last line explains the point of writing the poem. But it will lead to you losing the reason to live because things fall apart...and then you want have a life anymore. And you'll be simply...existing. Then perhaps you'll find another reason and try to prolong that as well. :)

what he wants and what she wants

find what you really want . . . don't settle for chocolates or a car
