In your shadows

I still have problems

My vision is hazy,

and as expected you're out of my reach,

I wan't to yell out to you, but I can't seem to find the words,

Your back is turned and your head is held high,

but where am I?

I am on the ground gasping for breath, with no chance of survival,

You are my weakness, 

I am nothing compared to you,

You shine your brightest,

and I lie in your shadows

I am cold, and gullible

and you used me, until I was no longer of worth to you,

now I am here, still in your shadow, waiting patiently for the day your whole world comes crashing down.
