Mummy's Fruit Bowl

Mummy's Fruit Bowl

A Poem by Thomas Ryan

A sight to behold,

A rainbow of colours,

A treasure to unfold.

A bowl full of health,

A bowl full of taste,

A bowl full of memories,

A bowl full of grace.

Apples, bananas, and grapes,

Oranges, kiwis, and dates,

Pineapples, pears, and plums,

Berries, cherries, and apricots.

A bowl full of nature,

A bowl full of love,

A bowl full of Mammy,

A gift from above.

May the fruit in your bowl,

Bring you joy and delight,

May it nourish your soul,

And keep you healthy and bright.
