When the darkness hits
I can only dream of you
The love we shared
The love we lost
I carry your burdens upon my shoulders
As if I have none to bear
I am tormented by face
I am tormented by your fears
I had hoped that during these dark days
You would hold me
Be my relief
Instead you left me with this darkness
You betrayed me with your lies
But I swore I'd be yours
And now I'm trapped in this life
