Peace

Peace

A Poem by Ruzica

I can hear some still awake dogs,
barking in the distance.
The crickets in the grass and the bushes
are restless.
The silvery sphere of Moon is obscured
by the shadow of a soft wing,
and a hoot resounds through eternity,
connecting the unbridgeable worlds,
and all terrible truths become lies,
the warm wind curls in the branches of an old oak tree
and falls asleep,
so he can welcome the glorious tomorrow.
