I was looking through our pictures
The other day
And they made me feel
So mournful

They say that
A true friend will stab you
In the front
Rather than
The back

They've obviously never
Met you

I saw a joker in the mirror
The day I gave my well being
To you

I should have known that
It was all too good
To last
When I gave you my hand
In friendship
And you snapped it right off

I was an imbecile to think
That you would help me up
After I tripped over your
Inconsistencies

It's almost commendable
How you're trying to win back
What you stole from me
In the first place
Rather than apologize
For your gaping faults
That have derailed everyone
You've come into contact

Your hodgepodge ways
Will never allow things to be
Like they once were

And for that
I am truly sorry
