The Siren's Call

The Siren's Call

A Poem by Kira
"

When she calls, we must obey. From her path, we cannot stray. The all of the Siren - it is oh-so tempting.

"

The Siren's Call

All must heed the Siren's call

The temptress's laugh

The seductress's lure

For none may ignore that which they most desire

Oh poor, oh selfish man

And so, one upon a time

She cried, and it was so sublime

We were free, for one fleeting moment

But now, we dance again

To her tune - the Death of Many Men

And we are now blind, to her deformities

To her blackened heart, her impurities

And once again

All must heed the Siren's call

The temptress's laugh

The seductress's lure

For none may ignore that which they most desire

Oh poor, oh selfish man
