Stuck

Kicking away empty cans.

Strolling around in the dark.

Settling in a nest of unravelled plans.

Let the flames devour my entirety.

Melt away my mistakes.

Save me from drowning in this empty sea.

Bring me up into the moon’s gentle light.

Help me fly easily like a flurry of snowflakes.

Far away from this place that fills me with fear.

Hold my hand and walk with me through the night.

Lead me through the darkness

Or leave me so I can finally disappear.
