Unknowing

Unknowing

A Poem by Rudie Rock

Pink clouds drift covering the blue sky.
The breeze tickling the green grass.
People tumbling by.
Standing still amongst the life of the earth.
Grounded yet aimless.
Searching for purpose.
Deperate for answers.

Cars speeding down the street.
Concrete buildings towering over the site.
Sometimes souls meet while others sail past.
Unknowing.

Flickering lights
everything is still so dark.
Grey clouds, black sky.
White noise.
The world is alive
but so cold at the same time.
Why?
