Back to blackA Poem by Rudi J.P. LejaeghereWe've all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are. J.K. RowlingBack to
black to have to
miss the colours to choose
between the dark or darkness my eyes are
denying any shades of grey
back to
black the Apus is
shooting his song while
showing the intensity of his feathers the last is
simply erased from my head
back to
black my drink is
hardly darker than the
pencil in my hand that writes
in jet black or sable
back to
black the
searching for a light disappoints
me colourless not a thing
that catches the dreary eye
back to
black nothing can
be discerned no patters
in uniformity here counts
only the rule of the Dark
go back to
black go back to
black go back to
black…
