I wish

reflections

I wish I had those magic glasses

that let you see the world

so clear and yet so happy

I wish...

I wish for nothing

that will hurt me

or worse

to hurt my friends.

Nothing to tear away your sight

your glasses...

until you can't see the end. 

It is real and 

it could be

There isn't any fear.

The place is found 

inside the heart

and it is always near. 

I wish I had the magic power 

to make everyone feel happy

to fill the talks

with joy

and laughter

To be a person...

to be a girl...

I wish had the patience

to be strong 

and not 

to fall.

I wish I could have never even

screwed up so much at all.

I try and yet

I stumble

I try to walk

I crawl.

I find the places that are safe 

and try to keep them all.

I keep the memories sacred

and want to bring them light.

I keep my loved ones close 

and try to cuddle them

at night. 

I cry when I am sad 

and I smile most of the time

but;

I wish there was another chance

another breath

another place

for us all.
