SmokingA Poem by RubyOmmaTrying to quit
Lovely little cigarette
hanging from my mouth dangling taunting I know you are bad I know you are killing me but still I love you. I watch the smoke swirl and dance around... Make patterns in the air thrown there by my breath. One after another they seem to fall out of the pack. One more, just one more Then one more after that... Cough Cough Cough. Each one takes five minutes of precious life I know... yet still I love you and can't I won't let you go.
