In those lonely nights,

Those nights where I fight demons,

I fight my thoughts and my mind.

There’s no hope,

There’s no light.

And the air starts to dry,

The darkness covers the sky.

And there’s no one that can save me.

It’s a fight I need to do on my own.

 

But you are always there in my mind.

Even in the worse of the times.

I never stop thinking about you.

I know it can’t be always good

I know.

But I know that you are fighting by my side.

You are the one who always stood by me.

 

So, even in those lonely nights

Even when I’m fighting my demons,

My thoughts and my mind,

You are still the star that shines in the deep sky.

The Angel that gets me trough the night.

 

You can’t save me. But without your love,

I would never save myself.
