Born for the First Time

Born for the First Time

A Poem by Vanlogh
"

A contemporary of Adam and Eve whose consciousness suddenly springs to life and finds himself in this new unfathomable world.

"

Something has gone missing suddenly.

The fire crawls next to me

I go blind

The root of a tree is sticking out of me

In turn, five branches are sticking out of it

Near the fire

It stings

Without rustling, it comes

There is a hole in me!

Small pieces of an apple are all over it

Leftovers from a happy time

Grows and shrinks just under me

Close to the fire

It jumps,

Outside of me

Black snakes fall

Burn and protect me

Soon though, they hide between the branches

As I go blind ,again

This might look like a riddle, so please have fun in trying to understand the meaning behind every choice of the word that I made. Please keep in mind that this person isn't familiar with many concepts so they're trying to project their knowledge acquired in Heaven onto everything they see.
