Dream a little dream of me...

Hello there
It's been forever
So familiar, yet so tramontane
Some things remembered,  others forgotten

So many memories we both share
But the former to omit from our past, we endeavor
It's so good to see you again
To the early arguments it seems contestations misbegotten

We reminense over wondering stares
Who are you? You seem so clever
You surprise me, a newness I ascertain
To your gentle but firm advances I soften

Could distance change you like this?
Make you who I need? Softer now,  stronger
Time, could it constitute you better,  like a wine?
Or plant you in soil, make you blossom?

Ah,  but I remember this
Remember your kiss
The clinging in your wrists
Oh this is what I remember,  this is what I miss
Passion reverberates my body, leaves me helpless

Oh no, I hear the bell
For me it tolls
I have to go,  I must flee
Into the night immediately
And leave nary a trace,  no witness to tell
I'll leave you no slipper, no hope to control

For soon to awaken on this mattress
In a pool of cold sweat
You were here weren't you?
In this place,  this darkness
Your presence made me shiver,  made me wet
I felt you,  even if your substance is see-through

In my dreams there is depth to our affairs
In my visions you are you,  only better
In these night stirrings you are my swain
In my fantasies you are what you weren't so often

But I know I'll see you again
In my mind you live in effigy
I'll meet you here, a secret love to maintain
Such passion in our chemistry

In many ways it crossed the mark of rhythm , vocabulary and the bliss feeling it carried upon. Patience is nothing worthy until it has a time , a time to make what it is. These words come with courage and firm emotions that will not pass into doom but it's effect will be eternal. Every line was beautifully written , but these struck deep inside in my core - Ah, but I remember this
