Insolence

Insolence

A Poem by EcstaticEuphoria
"

Taking advantage of innocence

"
Before even seventeen,
You revealed your truths that could not be unseen
Touch by touch, drained 'way the innocence,
And unveiled distasteful insolence

Fingered my beliefs with such technique
Brushed my cheek,
Kissed my face
Extracted this breath, this heart did race

Took advantage of youth
Replaced naivety with untruth
Tasted at last the forbidden fruit

Sounds like an innocent teenager lost her innocence without wanting to. Forbidden fruit....indeed. Very sad when something like this happens. Lydi*
