Falling

Falling

A Poem by Nihad Dweidary
"

It all took place in heaven....

"

Fill me with your ink

For a cupful of love,

Leave me with a permanent trace.

Cut your slice of words

From the contours of my face.

Sweep me north of myself

In this literary blizzard

On the rooftop of a syllable.

Push me off this cliff

Where falling is inevitable.

I have forever dreamt

That a woman like you

Could squeeze life from me,

And juice up the universe

Where I plunge eternally free.

This was a harmony of senses, the ultimate love declaration; a romantic piece which only can enhance/complete your reputation. You made of woman the perfect romantic hero of every man; this is wise and stunning, only real men can see in women the beauty which is compelling and has to be adored. Dear, thanks for your contribution to the chicken-crossing-road-piece. I also posted mine so we all are a part of this piece. lol. hope you smile.
