NymphaticA Poem by Nihad DweidaryImpossible possibilities...This fire in your soul Burns ever so gently. A love nymph you are, Supplicant to hidden corals Caressing an endless ocean. Were you like me, Able to muse on land And slightly touch The effervescent light Which solicits wakefulness From earth’s creatures, We’d carelessly sink Beneath wine sunsets. Had you my wild sinews To meander above sand, I’d chaperone you far Beyond surreal phantasms. We’d curiously unearth Pearls surmounted on land We set out to explore. Had you an unfettered soul Which roars at rabid winds As rampant lions often do, I’d take you ashore with me To wander wild and free.
