HeA Poem by Nihad DweidaryA riddle... as I picture it has always been so..“He” He crashes at the sea of thought, Lathers on its sandy bays, Carries back what little he caught In the sunlight of its rays. He dances with the slithering grains In golden lairs beneath the ground, And melts away in pungent pores Within the echo of its sound. He tumbles down the billow’s crest In the silhouette of its seams, And sinks beyond the salty zest Beyond the lucid dreams He catches your eye off guard Hanging near the water’s nest, And when your feet are heading east, He dries them as he heads on west.
