Being myself
Watching clouds in purple sky
Free among those clouds I fly

The golden light of fireflies
Is flowing by

Gorgeous!! As if ever-present and always never the interference, but the catalyst for freedom and peace. You speak of dreams as well as you have this way of causing my heart to almost "grieve" that it does not get to see such beauty in many poems, written in a way that allows for such sweet escapes!! ...and nothing changes you. This reminds me on a spiritual level about theories of astral projection and the waking dream. In those moments, distance and time melt away and we are one with the essence of those we seek. That is just where my mind is drawn with this one.

I love your usage of the firefly light. That is a beautiful image that gently coaxes that awakens the sleeper to the nature of the speaker's dream. Well done.

that is exactly what I am portraying in this piece! It is a lucid dream.. only the main character in it is YOU.. you are in MY dream though! I came to you, snatched you from your regular sleep into my magical reality... and only the fireflies give in away.. :)
