Family Ties

Just like a family there is drama and there is issues 

Some of us do not hear about the issues till later 

The children are often spared details even if they are involved 

The jealousy and the hatred will arise but is never known 

However in the end everyone stays together 

Its rare that something like this breaks them up 

Family sticks together even if they hate each other most of the time 

Since that is what family does 

No matter how dysfunctional a family might seem 

In the end they are still family 

Even after they have fallen apart 

You still have some ties to those people

In my case the children knew full and well the issues of the parents, and when the family broke up, there was no going back, not a glimpse.
But that's alright, could always be worse. ^^
