As a bipolar bear
Trudge familiar snow As it subsides I scare Have fewer places to go My cubs are in peril When melt waters flow They are born double Yet one cannot grow As a bipolar bear My surroundings are threat Rely on charity for care Which is cause for regret Ice cracks to sheets Surroundings unstable My needs at not met From grave back to cradle As a bipolar bear My kind is in danger Many are aware Yet assistance seems favour Documentaries made Highlighting our plight Dazzling the shade Dismissed overnight As a bipolar bear Can’t understand reasons Why others don't care For fluctuating seasons Isolation takes hold When my type neglected My problems manifold As health disrespected But as a bipolar bear I know all to well The heights that are rare And the depths that are hell © 2019 RoxyMonoxide |
